Transactions on Circuits and Systems Part I: Regular Papers
The theory, analysis,(computer aided) design, and practical implementation of circuits, and the application of circuit theoretic techniques to systems and to signal processing. Only full papers submissions are accepted.
Transactions on Circuits and Systems Part II: Express Briefs
The theory, analysis,(computer aided) design, and practical implementation of circuits, and the application of circuit theoretic techniques to systems and to signal processing. Only brief papers (maximum length less or equal five pages in standard IEEE Transactions submissions ) are considered for possible publication.
Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology
Video A/D and D/A, display technology, image analysis and processing, video signal characterization and representation, video compression techniques and signal processing, multidimensional filters and transforms, analog video signal processing, neural networks for video applications, nonlinear video signal processing, video storage and retrieval, computer vision, packet video, high-speed real-time circuits, VLSI architecture and implementation for video technology, multiprocessor systems–hardware and software– video systems architecture, video quality assessment, and other video-technology-related topics.
Journal on Emerging and Selected Topics in Circuits and Systems
The IEEE Journal on Emerging and Selected Topics in Circuits and Systems is published quarterly and solicits, with particular emphasis on emerging areas, special issues on topics that cover the entire scope of the IEEE Circuits and Systems (CAS) Society, namely the theory, analysis, design, tools, and implementation of circuits and systems, spanning their theoretical foundations, applications, and architectures for signal and information processing.
Circuits and Systems Magazine
The IEEE Circuits and Systems Magazine publishes feature articles presenting novel results and insightful surveys as well as tutorial materials on topics related to the fundamental theory, analysis, design, and implementation of circuits, with applications to a broad spectrum of areas from systems to signal processing alike.
Circuits and Systems Society Newsletter
The IEEE Circuits and Systems Society Newsletter is an electronic publication aiming to provide a fast circulation of the latest technological advances, research developments and news that are of interest to the members of the Circuits and Systems Society. Taking advantage of fast and flexible electronic distribution, this publication will have a flexible coverage.

Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems
Co-sponsored by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society and the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society, the Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems (TBioCAS) publishes peer-reviewed manuscripts reporting original and transformative research at the intersection between the life sciences and circuits and systems engineering disciplines. TBioCAS covers the latest state-of-the-art advances as well as critical reviews of emerging directions in circuits and systems with demonstrated biological and/or clinical applications in laboratory and/or clinical settings.
Transactions on Mobile Computing

IEEE Design & Test of Computers offers original works describing the methods used to design and test electronic product hardware and supportive software.
