Student Branch Chapter Activity Support - 2024 Round Two
Dear IEEE CASS Student Branch Chapter Volunteers,
We are happy to announce the second Call for Proposals of the Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) Outreach Initiative: Student Branch Chapter Activity Support for 2024.
All CASS student branch chapter volunteers can use this opportunity to seek funding to support a broad range of diverse initiatives with high impact. Desired outcomes may include hosting activities for CASS student members, increasing values for our members, and/or engaging more students with CASS.
Please note the following requirements before submitting a proposal:
- Required: All initiatives must be held by 31 December 2024 (any awarded funding cannot be transferred to the next year).
- Required: Endorsement by the local CASS Chapter
- When submitting the proposal, the student branch chapter must work with a nearby CASS chapter to receive the funds, if the local chapter chair endorsement is not included in the submission, the proposal will not be considered.
- Required: A project budget will be required for submission, please include all anticipated expenditures in this file.
The following events will not be supported by the CASS Student Branch Chapter Activity Support because the CAS Society provides a special program supporting these types of events:
- Seasonal Schools
- Industry Forums
- Distinguished Lecturers
- Student Travel Grants/Pre-Doctoral Grants
Important Dates:
- Deadline of Proposals: 15 June 2024
- Announcement of Results: 26 July 2024
