The package must not exceed 3 pages and should include - (1) an endorsement of a university/college faculty member who is a member of the IEEE CASS, (2) an endorsement from a CASS member host, (3) disclosure of any available and/or secured financial support. Basis for judging applicants for this award includes consideration of the expected outcome of the research program and how it advances the state-of-the-art, along with the significance of the research. Please attach your research plan here for consideration.

The winners of the award are expected to report to CASS on their progress (including a list of publications) twice: first at the end of the following academic year and second when completing their Ph.D. studies. Also, a report will be sent to all previous winners annually to update the CAS Society on the recipients' achievements.
