Executive Committee

The Executive Committee, chaired by the President, is concerned with the day-to-day affairs of the Society. Particular duties are:

  1. Development of the Annual Report
  2. Development of the Annual Budget and tracking of finances
  3. Development of the Agenda for Board of Governors meeting
  4. Review of the operations of the Divisions
  5. Strategic planning
  6. Review of the compliance of all CASS committees to the proper procedures
