Khoirom Johnson Singh was born in Manipur, India. He received the bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication engineering from the National Institute of Technology Manipur, Imphal, India, in 2016, and the master’s degree in electronics and communication engineering from the North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology Nirjuli, Arunachal Pradesh, India, in 2018. He is currently pursuing the Ph. D. degree with the Microelectronics and VLSI Group, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, Roorkee, India.

His current research interests include ferroelectric devices, capacitors, beyond CMOS transistor technology, and device circuit co-design. He has published over ten journal and refereed conference papers and has presented an invited talk at IEEE LAEDC 2022. Mr. Singh is a recipient of the prestigious INSPIRE Fellowship. He was a recipient of the Institute Gold Medal at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, respectively. He is a Reviewer in the peer-reviewed journals IEEE Transactions on Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control, IEEE Access, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs,  Optical Materials (Elsevier), AEUE—International Journal of Electronics and Communications (Elsevier), Integration (Elsevier), and Frontiers in Electronics. He also serves as a Technical Reviewer in various top-tier IEEE conferences such as ISCAS, LASCAS, ICECS, AICAS, ICM, ICEV, ICEVT, VDAT, ICRAIE, and ISCAIE.
