The Circuits and Systems for Video Technology Best Paper Award recognizes the best paper published in the “Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology” publication. The award is based on general quality, originality, contributions, subject matter and timeliness. Anyone who is an author of a paper published in the “Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology” during the three calendar years preceding the award is eligible for nomination. Award: The recipient will receive a certificate and a check for $500.00. (There is a maximum of $2,000.00 per award if multiple authors)
