Benjamin Zambrano received the dual degree in electronic engineering from the University San Francisco de Quito, Ecuador, and the University of Calabria, Rende, Italy, in 2020, and the Ph.D. degree in electronics engineering from the University of Calabria, in 2024. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher with the University of Calabria. His research interests include integrated temperature sensors, ultralow-power/voltage designs, analog-based machine learning circuits, and memory structures for space applications.
