Dr. Chinmay Chakraborty, SM-IEEE, MACM, received a Post-doctoral fellowship at the Federal University of Piauí, Brazil, and also visited the University of Malta in Europe and Chongqing Tech. & Business Univ., China. He has worked as a Research Consultant in the Coal India project at Industrial Engineering & Management, IIT Kharagpur, also served as the Project Coordinator of the Telecommunication Convergence Switch project under the Indo-US joint initiative. He is an Associate Professor and Head, COIR in Medical Technology, KIIT University, India.
