Dimitri Galayko was graduated from Odessa State Polytechnic University (Ukraine) in 1998, he received his master degree from Institute of Applied Sciences of Lyon (INSA-LYON, France) in 1999. He made his PhD thesis in the Institute of Microelectronics and Nanotechnologies (IEMN, Lille, France) and received the PhD degree from the University Lille-I in 2002. He joined Sorbonne Université (formerly UPMC/Paris 6) in 2005, where presently he is a full professor. He is affiliated to the LIP6 laboratory, which is a research institute in the field of computer science and microelectronics. His area of research includes design of integrated circuits in CMOS technologies, integrated circuits for power conversion in embedded systems, design and modeling of devices, circuits and systems for kinetic energy conversion. Dimitri Galayko has been a member of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society since 2013 and has contributed to its Technical Committee on Nonlinear Circuits and Systems and Power and Energy Circuits and Systems. He has participated in the organization of several IEEE conferences, including as a track chair at ISCAS 2024 and 2025 (PECAS), co-organizer of special sessions related to power and energy topics. He was TPC at ICECS 2020 and ICECS 2022, and general co-chair of ICECS 2024. He is elected Secretary of Power and Energy Circuits and Systems Technical Committee of the IEEE CAS Society in 2025.
