Felice Crupi (Senior Member, IEEE) is currently a Full Professor of electronics with the University of Calabria, Rende, Italy. His research interests include electronic device reliability, the design of ultralow-power analog circuits, and early assessment of emerging technologies for logic and memory applications. He was the Technical Program Committee Member of the International Electron Devices Meeting and the International Reliability Physics Symposium. He acted as an Associate Editor with the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON DEVICE AND MATERIALS RELIABILITY.
