Professor Huiyun Li obtained her PhD degree from Cambridge University, UK in 2006. She is the vice dean of Faculty of Computility Microelectronics, Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology. Her research interests include high performance IC design and verification, swtich IC for GPU　scale-up and scale out, chiplet DSE and advanced packaging, the IC for autonomous vehicles, etc. She has published over 150 papers and 2 books. She is the principle investigator (PI) of multiple projects. She is the peer reviewer of multiple international academic journals and conference proceedings.

She was awarded several Prizes of Science and Technology Progress Award, such as Second prize in technology development in Guangdong province China (2020), First prize in technology development in Shenzhen China (2020), Best Paper Rewards of IEEE ISNCC conference (2021).
