2025 IEEE 23rd Interregional NEWCAS Conference

The 23rd IEEE International NEWCAS Conference will be held in Paris, France on June 22 - 25, 2025.

It will reflect a wide spectrum of topics, research, and practices in the field of circuits and systems and offer an international forum for exchanging ideas and results. The submission of the full paper should be in 4-5 page format (the 5th page should contain only references) according to the IEEE template.

Tutorials, special sessions, and keynote talks with prominent experts and emergent topics in Circuit and Systems will complete the technical program.
