As a condensed matter physicists, Randy is a proponent of pragmatic change, and possesses a strong passion and skill for inventing, scaling technology, and realizing new physical, mechanical, electrical, and architectural solutions. Randy has broad technical leadership and highly focused first-principles analysis skills, enabling him to successfully execute on practical solutions. He has cross-functional team leadership experiences and technology development expertise, from invention to volume commercialization. As a physicist, an individual contributor, and a global collaborator, Randy has experimentally investigated technology from DC to greater than exahertz, femtowatts to megajoules, for high-performance to extremely high-volume, and is an experienced full stack developer, with more than 60 granted and pending patents. Randy is a member of AAAS, ACM [SIGAI, SIGHPC, SIGACT,SIGGRAPH], APS, IEEE, and MRS.
