Sachin Taneja received the B.Tech. degree in electronics and communication engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, India, in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the National University of Singapore, Singapore, in 2021. He is currently a Research Scientist at Intel Labs, Hillsboro, OR, USA. His research interests include hardware security, cryptographic hardware, machine learning, in-memory compute and datapath circuits. He was a recipient of the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society (SSCS) Predoctoral Achievement Award in 2020-2021.
He is currently in the technical program committee of the IEEE Asian Solid-State Circuits Conference (A-SSCC) and serves as an associate editor for IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II.
