Yan Liang is an Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Hangzhou Dianzi University. She received her B.E. and Ph.D. degrees from China University of Mining and Technology in 2011 and 2017, respectively.

Her primary research interests focus on memristors, neuromorphic computing, and intelligent sensing chips. She has made substantial contributions to these fields, with over 40 SCI-indexed papers published in the past five years, including more than 20 as first or corresponding author. Dr. Liang has successfully led several competitive research projects as Principal Investigator, including three grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and two from the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation.

Actively involved in the academic community, she serves as a regular member of IEEE Nonlinear Circuits and Systems Technical Committee (NCAS TC)) and a member of the Chaos and Nonlinear Circuits Committee of the Chinese Institute of Electronics. She has accumulated considerable experience as a reviewer for leading international journals, including IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems, International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos, and Nonlinear Dynamics.

In addition to her research achievements, Dr. Liang is a committed educator recognized for teaching excellence. She has received multiple national and provincial-level teaching awards and has been actively involved in curriculum development and pedagogical innovation.

With a strong academic background, a robust publication record in relevant IEEE circuits and systems journals, and consistent service as a peer reviewer, Dr. Liang is well-positioned to contribute effectively as a Senior Editor for the IEEE Journal on Emerging and Selected Topics in Circuits and Systems. She is eager to support the journal's mission in disseminating high-quality research on emerging topics within the circuits and systems community.
