Dr. Yaoyao Jia is an Associate Professor and the Silicon Labs Endowed Faculty Fellow in Electrical Engineering in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. She received her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech in 2019. Her research focuses on analog and mixed‐signal integrated circuits (ICs), power management ICs, energy harvesting systems, and low‐ power data radios. She is particularly motivated by the application of these technologies in power‐ constrained devices, such as wearables and implantables. Dr. Jia is a recipient of the NSF CAREER Award, the Intel Rising Star Faculty Award, the IEEE BioCAS Young Professional Top Contributor, and the IEEE TBioCAS Best Associate Editors Award. She also serves on the technical program committees of IEEE BioCAS and IEEE CICC, and serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE JSSC, IEEE TBioCAS, and Neuroelectronics.
