2012 13th International Workshop on Cellular Nanoscale Networks and their Applications
Event Menu
The world of computational devices and architectures has witnessed dramatic changes in the last few years, especially due to the emergence of many-core processors and memristive systems. Their long-term significance lies in their enabling potentials for designing nano CNNs, and intelligent machines, with learning and adaptive capabilities. Even more fundamental is their nonlinear dynamics that underpins the biological basis of life itself.
The 13th International Workshop on CNNA will be held in Turin, Italy, from the 29th to the 31st of August. The third Memristor Symposium, organized by Professor Steve Kang University of California will be held on August 28, the day before CNNA 2012 is starting. Turin hosts a prestigious Technical University Politecnico di Torino as well as some of the the most important Italian companies, such as FIAT. It is conveniently located nearby Milan, Geneva, and Grenoble, and the infrastructure of the city was completely renewed for the Winter Olympic Games in 2006.
