The Image Processing and Applications School aims to offer an ambiance of fruitful exchange of ideas and discussion of challenges of this area in the near future, bringing together experts from both academia and industry. There will be mostly conferences of experienced professors and researchers . The target audience is the community of Image Processing, either graduate and undergraduate students as well as industry or research professionals. A huge amount of images generated at every moment, together with the availability of high peformance processing and communication resources bloom out in plenty of nice and useful applications. Digital Image experts come from a many areas and constitute a interdisciplinary domain that will hopefully add up synergistically to enforce everyone's work.
