The 2025 International VLSI Symposium on Technology, Systems and Applications (2025 VLSI TSA) will be held as a four-day event in the Ambassador Hotel, Hsinchu, Taiwan during 21-24 April 2025. Founded in 1983, VLSI TSA is entering its 42nd year as the world's largest symposium on Very Large Scale Integration. Each year, it attracts top experts from around the globe to discuss cutting-edge technological developments in the semiconductor industry.
Call for Papers
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
IMPORTANT DATES: (Note: All are based on Taiwan time, which is eight hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+8).)
- Paper Submission Due Date: 2 December 2024
- Acceptance Notifications: 24 January 2025
- Author Registration: 28 February 2025

Accepted papers MUST be presented in person by one of the authors at the symposium and the presentation must be conducted in English. All accepted manuscripts in the proceeding will be published in IEEE Xplore.
All paper presenters are required to register for the symposium.
No-show papers will not be included in the symposium proceedings and will not be submitted to the IEEE Xplore database.
