During the IEEE Asia Pacific Conference on Circuits and Systems (APCCAS 2024) and the IEEE Asia Pacific Conference on Postgraduate Research in Microelectronics and Electronics (PRIMEAsia 2024), held from November 7th to 9th in Taipei, Taiwan, a joint initiative led by WiCAS (Women in Circuits and Systems), YPCAS (Young Professionals in CAS), and DEICAS (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in CAS) provided an engaging and supportive space for young researchers, professionals, and academics. The event aimed to foster awareness, mentorship, and community through a roundtable discussion focused on career development and inclusion.
