As we celebrate IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) Education Week, we invite you to organize and host events that promote learning, innovation, and collaboration in circuits and systems. Whether it's a technical workshop, a panel discussion with industry experts, a hackathon focusing on emerging technologies, or any other creative initiative, this is your chance to inspire and educate the global community.
By participating in IEEE CASS Education Week, you will showcase your chapter's capabilities and contribute to the success of this impactful initiative. Your events will be featured as part of the official program, providing visibility and recognition within the IEEE CASS community and beyond.

Global CASS Education Week Chapter Event Contest
The IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) Education Week Chapter Event Competition will take place during CASS Education Week, from 6 April to 12 April 2025. This initiative aims to highlight outstanding educational events that promote learning, innovation, and collaboration in circuits and systems.
Submit any educational events featuring CASS Education Week that your chapter is hosting between 6 April and 12 April 2025 to the IEEE CASS Education Week Chapter Event Contest!
To be considered for the competition, you must submit a post-event report by 30 April 2025.
- CASS Education Week: 6 April to 12 April 2025
- Main Recognition: May 2025 (Winners Announced)
We encourage chapters to submit events throughout the year; however, events held during CASS Education Week (6-12 April) will be included in the competition. Student Branch Chapters are welcome to participate.
If you wish to enter the contest, you will need to submit:
✅ A video of your event
✅ Photos showcasing participation and activities
✅ A post-event report by 30 April 2025
Be sure to capture engaging moments from your CASS Education Week activities and submit them to gain visibility and recognition within the global IEEE CASS community!
We encourage you to submit it to IEEE Education Week as well.
Important Dates

Event Submissions
Events must be ready for public promotion before submission. Once submitted, your event will appear on the IEEE CASS Education Week Events page.
Don't forget to also submit your report to IEEE vTools with the keyword #CASSedWeek.
We encourage you to submit it to IEEE Education Week as well.
Post-Event Report
You must submit your post-event report by 30 April 2024 to be considered for the IEEE CASS Education Week Chapter Event Competition.
You will be asked to submit a video of your event, photos showcasing participation and activities, and a post-event report.

CASS Trivia Contest
IEEE CASS Education Week: Trivia Contest 2025 Edition - April
The IEEE CASS Trivia Contest is an educational contest organized in CASS Microlearning (CASS MiLe) intended to spotlight engineering students and young engineers involved in the field of circuits and systems. The IEEE CASS Trivia contest is organized as part of IEEE CASS Education Week 2025 and would be organized as part of the 2025 IEEE Education Week Circuits and Systems Satellite Events consisting of multiple-choice questions covering a variety of topics related to circuits and systems.
The IEEE CASS Trivia Contest is open to all IEEE and non-IEEE members and runs monthly from April to December as part of IEEE CASS Education Week and beyond. Join us for an exciting journey of learning and discovery!

The contest is open to individual engineering students and young engineers involved in the field of circuits and systems.
Registration
1. To participate, each participant must have a registered CASS MiLe account. It is not necessary to be an IEEE member.
2. To register for the contest, please sign up here.
Contest Rules
- The contest will take place online on the CASS MiLe platform only.
- Participants will be given 20 questions to answer within a total time limit of 15 minutes.
- Participants will not be allowed to reattempt the contest after they have submitted their answers.
- The participant's score will be determined based on the number of correct answers they provide within the allotted time.
- Any cheating or misconduct will result in disqualification from the contest.
- The organizer reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and reject any participant failing to meet the rules above.
- The organizer’s decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
