Chief Analog/RF IC Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Independently conduct customized analog circuit chip design and define performance indicators for each module.
2. Design high-performance analog/mixed-signal/RF integrated circuit subsystems (such as AFE, ADC, TRX, etc.), enhance circuit performance, perform simulation verification, ensure circuit reliability, and overcome challenges in analog integrated circuit design.
3. Plan the chip layout and complete the subsystem layout design.
4. Plan subsystem indicators and lead the design team to complete the integrated circuit subsystem and chip integration.
5. Participate in chip testing, verification, and debugging.
6. Write technical documentation.

Requirements:

1. A master’s degree in a related field with over 5 years of experience in analog integrated circuit design, or a doctoral degree in a related field with over 2 years of experience.
2. Familiar with the analog circuit design process and proficient in using EDA tools such as Cadence, Spectre, Calibre, Synopsys, etc.
3. Familiar with Unix/Linux and other related design tools and environments.
4. Solid foundation in analog circuit design with multiple successful mass-produced chip experiences.
5. Familiar with the testing process of analog chip products.
6. Good team spirit, strong leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills.
7. Knowledge of the industry chain.
