Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative postdoctoral scholar to pioneer the development of novel high-power radiofrequency (RF) coils for multinuclear magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Join our dynamic team and work at the forefront of biomedical imaging technology! This is a unique opportunity to design and build the hardware that will unlock new ways to visualize biological processes in real-time. The goal is to create versatile, high-performance coils that will enable groundbreaking studies in metabolic imaging by enabling MRI of any nucleus with a single set of hardware. You will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and collaborate with a world-class team of physicists, engineers, and neuroscientists.

Duties
- Construct and test coil prototypes on the bench and in our high-field MRI systems.
- Develop new methodologies for multi-frequency coil design and decoupling.
- Publish research in high-impact journals and present findings at international conferences.

Requirements
- A PhD in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Strong background in high-frequency digital and high-power analog circuit design.

Preferred
- Familiarity with multinuclear MRI.

How to Apply
Send your CV and a short statement of interest to Victor Han ((Click to show email)) and Chunlei Liu ((Click to show email)) with the subject line "Postdoc Application: RF Coil Engineering".
