Senior Analog/RF IC Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Independently design high-performance analog/mixed-signal/RF integrated circuit subsystems (such as AFE, ADC, TRX, etc.), improve circuit performance, perform simulation verification, ensure circuit reliability, and overcome challenges in analog integrated circuit design.
2. Plan the layout of subsystems and complete the layout design.
3. Define core integrated circuit module specifications and lead the engineering team to complete the integrated circuit modules and subsystems.
4. Participate in the testing, verification, and debugging of chips.
5. Write technical documentation.

Requirements:

1. A master’s degree in a related field with over 3 years of experience in analog integrated circuit design, or a doctoral degree in a related field.
2. Familiar with the analog circuit design process and proficient in using EDA tools such as Cadence, Spectre, Calibre, Synopsys, etc.
3. Familiar with Unix/Linux and other related design tools and environments.
4. Solid foundation in analog circuit design with experience in successful mass production.
5. Familiar with the testing process of analog chip products.
6. Good team spirit, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze problems.
