IEEE International Conference on Visual Communications and Image Processing (VCIP) is the oldest conference in the field and one of the flagship conferences of the IEEE CAS Visual Signal Processing and Communications. Since 1986 VCIP has served as a premier forum for the exchange of fundamental and applied research in the field of visual communications and image processing.

Venue:
Conference venue: International Conference Center, Waseda University, 1-104 Totsukamachi, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, 169-8050, JAPAN.

VCIP 2024 will be held at International Conference Center, Waseda University, which is located in Shinjuku, one of the downtown districts of Tokyo. International Conference Center has Masaru Ibuka Auditorium, co-founder of Sony Corporation, and three conference rooms.
