2025 Student Branch Chapter Activity Support - Round Three

We are happy to announce the Call for Proposals of the Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) Outreach Initiative: Student Branch Chapter Activity Support for 2025 - Round Three.

All CASS student branch chapter volunteers can use this opportunity to seek funding to support a broad range of diverse initiatives with high impact. Desired outcomes may include hosting activities for CASS student members, increasing values for our members, and/or engaging more students with CASS.

All initiatives must be held by 31 December 2025 (any awarded funding cannot be transferred to the next year).

Guidelines:

1. When submitting the proposal, the student branch chapter must be endorsed by CASS Chapter to receive the funds.
   • Please identify a nearby CASS Chapter to work with to receive the funds and obtain an endorsement letter from the Chapter Chair before submitting a proposal.
2. A project budget is required for submission, please include all anticipated expenditures in this file. You may download the budget template here. 

Limitations:

1. The maximum number of projects associated with each student branch chapter is 1.

2. The maximum fund for each project is $1K.

3. The maximum total fund per parent CASS chapter* is $2K.

Important Dates:

• 28 November 2025: Extended Submission Deadline
• December 2025: Expected announcement of results
