The IEEE CASS Visual Signal Processing and Communications Technical Committee (VSPC TC) has established The Visual Signal Processing and Communications (VSPC) Rising Star Program to annually recognize experts in emerging domains of visual signal processing and communications for his/her accomplishments and vision. Detailed information can be found here.
The crucial information for the first Rising Star nomination in 2023 includes:
- Nomination Deadline: 30 August 2023
- All nominations should be sent to the VSPC TC Chair, Prof. Zhibo Chen (Click to show email), and Secretary, Prof. Zhu Li (Click to show email), before 30 August 2023.
- Invitations to the rising star candidates will be issued on 1 October 2023.
- Rising Star candidates’ talks and selection will be held at VCIP 2023 from 4 to 7 December 2023.
