2026 IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems (ICECS)

The 33rd IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems (ICECS 2026), to be held 8–11 November 2026 in Thessaloniki, Greece, has extended the paper submission deadline to 15 June 2026. As a flagship conference of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society in Region 8 (Europe, Africa, and the Middle East), ICECS brings together researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to present and discuss advances across the broad field of circuits and systems.


Topics and Scope

Contributions in areas of Circuits and Systems are welcomed, including but not limited to:

  • Analog, mixed-signal, and RF circuits

  • Biomedical and bio-inspired circuits and systems

  • Digital circuits and systems

  • Linear and nonlinear circuits

  • Low-power and low-voltage design

  • EDA, test, and reliability

  • Circuits and systems for AI algorithms

  • AI-driven circuit design

  • Energy harvesting and power management

  • Microsystems and embedded systems

  • Sensors and sensing systems

  • Neural networks, machine learning, and deep learning

  • Signal processing, image, and video

  • VLSI systems and applications

  • Emerging technologies and technology trends

  • Education in circuits and systems


Important Dates

  • Extended Paper Submission Deadline: 15 June 2026

  • Tutorials Proposal Deadline: 7 July 2026

  • Notification of Paper Acceptance: 25 July 2026

  • Final Paper Submission Deadline: 14 September 2026

  • Early Registration Deadline: 15 September 2026


Submissions

The submitted papers must be in a standard IEEE double-column format not exceeding 4 pages including references. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore. More details about the submission procedure can be found on the conference website.


Researchers and practitioners are encouraged to submit their latest findings and join the international circuits and systems community in Thessaloniki.
