IEEE Circuits & Systems Society Education Week 2026 – Contests & Participation
The IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) is excited to invite you to participate in the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) Education Week 2026 in conjunction with the IEEE Education Week, scheduled from 11 April to 19 April 2026.
This special global initiative provides a unique opportunity for IEEE CASS Chapters, Student Branch Chapters, and volunteers to showcase their expertise, engage with the global community, and advance education in circuits, systems, AI hardware, and emerging technologies.
IEEE CASS Education Week continues to serve as a flagship platform to promote learning, innovation, collaboration, and global engagement, building on the success of previous editions.
Organise an Education Week Event
Chapters and student branches are encouraged to organise events that promote:
- Technical learning and knowledge sharing
- Innovation in circuits and systems
- Industry–academia collaboration
- Hands-on experience in emerging technologies
Event Ideas
- Technical workshops
- Panel discussions with industry experts
- Hackathons (AI, IoT, semiconductors)
- Webinars and lecture series
- Student competitions and innovation showcases

Submit Your Event
Hosting an event? Submit it through the official portal to be included in the global program.
Note: Events must be fully planned and ready for promotion before submission.

Eligibility
- Open to all IEEE CASS Chapters and Student Branch Chapters
- Events must take place during Education Week
Submission Requirements
To be considered, submit:
- Event video
- Photos of participation and activities
- Detailed post-event report
High-quality documentation is encouraged to maximize visibility.
Event Reporting Guidelines
- Events must be ready for promotion before submission
- Approved events will appear on the official Education Week page
- Submit reports via IEEE vTools
- Use hashtag: #CASSedWeek2026
Post-Event Report Submission
Submit by 30 April 2026 and include:
- Event video
- Photos
- Detailed report
