ISICAS 2020 Relocation: From Shanghai to Paris. Extended Deadline till 15th March 2020

Due to the uncertainty caused by the outbreak of Coronavirus (2019-nCoV), IEEE ISICAS2020 will be relocated from Shanghai to Paris. The conference dates (although for sure not much different from the originally planned ones) and the conference venue will be announced soon.
