Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit papers to the IEEE International Symposium on Integrated Circuits and Systems (ISICAS 2026)—a premier global forum showcasing advances in the theory, design, and applications of integrated circuits and systems.

ISICAS 2026 will take place 4–6 December 2026 in Torino, Italy.

The symposium brings together leading experts from academia and industry to present innovative research, exchange ideas, and explore emerging directions in integrated circuits and systems. The program will feature keynote talks, technical sessions, and live demonstrations of cutting-edge technologies, along with opportunities to engage with the broader research community.

Key Dates

  • Paper submission deadline:
    • 11 May 2026, for TCAS-I, TBioCAS, TCAS-AI, TVLSI
    • 1 June 2026, for TCAS-II, OJCAS
  • Notification of acceptance: September 14, 2026
  • Registration starts: September 28, 2026

Submission Requirements

Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length manuscripts describing integrated circuits and systems implementations, including complete measurement results.

Submissions must meet the following criteria:

  • Analog, mixed-signal, nonlinear, communications, power, and biomedical circuits must include on-chip implementation and measured silicon results
  • Digital circuits, systems, and VLSI designs must include at least FPGA verification
  • Extended versions of recently published conference papers are welcome, provided they include significant additional material

Manuscripts must follow the formatting and page limits of the target IEEE journal and be prepared using the standard IEEE Transactions single-spaced, double-column format.

Only submissions meeting these requirements will be considered for review.

Presentation and Awards

Authors of accepted papers will be invited to present their work at ISICAS 2026 through oral or poster presentations. The symposium will also recognize outstanding contributions with Best Poster and Best Live Demo awards.

Submission Instructions

When submitting a manuscript to TCAS-I, TCAS-II, TBioCAS, TVLSI, OJCAS, or TCAS-AI, authors must select the “ISICAS 2026 Special Issue” option in the submission system.

All submissions will be screened for plagiarism and improper reuse of prior material using IEEE CrossCheck.

Publication Opportunities

All accepted papers presented at ISICAS 2026 will be published in Special Issues of the following IEEE journals shortly after the symposium:
