The 23rd IEEE International NEWCAS Conference will be held in Paris, France on 22-25 June 2025.
As with previous editions, IEEE NEWCAS 2025 will reflects a wide spectrum of topics, research and practices in the field of circuits and systems and offer an international forum for exchanging ideas and results. Held in the Medical School building of Sorbonne University, the 23rd edition will highlight circuits and systems for biomedical applications, one of its headlines being «From Biomedical Devices to Intelligent Biomedical Sensors, Systems and Applications.»
Authors are invited to submit four-page papers in PDF format according to the IEEE guidelines. An optional fifth page containing only references is permitted. All the accepted and presented papers at the conference will be published in IEEE Xplore. The IEEE NEWCAS conference being a flagship conference of IEEE CASS, the Technical Committee will also invite the author{s) of selected papers to submit extended versions for evaluation and publication in a special journal issue. Tutorials, special sessions and keynote talks with prominent experts and emergent topics in Circuit and Systems will complete the technical program.
