The IC Design and Test for Emerging Circuits and Systems Standards Committee of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CAS/ICSC) is responsible for managing the development of IEEE standards within circuits and system technical areas of IC design and testing methodologies, procedures, and tools of simulation, optimization, evaluation, and implementation, including AI/ML-based ones, for emerging circuits and systems.
