Abstract

This lecture introduces to the fundamental challenges towards the implementation of Silicon monolithic quantum processors with integrated qubits together with control and readout circuits in FDSOI CMOS foundry technology operating at cryogenic temperature above 1 K and featuring record low power consumption and compact size, as key enabling building-blocks which have drawn the attention of the academic and industrial community world-wide.
