Automotive Cybersecurity “Meets” Software-Defined Vehicle

We provide a general introduction to automotive engineering safety in the era of "software-defined vehicles". Firstly, we give an overview of the architecture of IoT full-stack solutions, from cloud to endpoint, from dedicated platforms to scalable platforms. The presentation also covers global regulations (UNECE R155) and standards (ISO 21434) that set mandatory requirements for automotive cybersecurity including technology, process and compliance. Industrial solutions are then offered in development, production and post-production phases. And also discusses scalable defense-in-depth solutions for in-vehicle security. Finally, the future trends of automotive cyber security are given.
