To recognize the best paper published in the IEEE Transactions on Very Large Scale Integration Systems. To be instituted during the three calendar years preceding the award (Transactions on VLSI Systems first issued in 1993) and beginning in 1995.
$500 per author, up to a maximum of $2,000 (cash awards for prize papers having more than four co-authors would be $2,000, split equally among all authors)
Funded by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society. Award is funded via CAS Award Fund in the IEEE Foundation.
Award will be given during the annual CASS flagship conference – IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS).
General quality, originality, contributions, subject matter and timeliness.
Authors of papers published in IEEE Transactions on VLSI Systems.
