Award will be given during the annual CASS flagship conference – IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS).

General quality, originality, contributions, subject matter, and timeliness.

Authors of papers published in the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology during the three calendar years preceding the award.
